«RussNeft» transferred 339 million roubles of taxes instead of the planned sum of 278 million roubles to the budget of Saratov Region for a year and a half.
Saratov. On Monday, July 12th at the meeting with the vice-president of the regional government Alexander Strelyuhin the discussion of work of a regional oil and gas complex was the first item on the agenda.
General Director of OAO «Saratovneftegaz» Tagir Latypov made a report at the meeting. OAO «Saratovneftegaz» is the biggest production company of the province and a subsidiary of «RussNeft». Tagir Latypov mentioned that the gain of oil recoverable reserves of «Saratovneftegaz» amounted to 8.5 million tons, and a gain of the dissolved gas was 800 million cubic meters from 2006 to 2010.
For half and a year «Saratovneftegaz» produced 440,4 thousand tons of oil and gas condensate at Saratov Region oilfields. Now the growth of daily average production is 9 percent in comparison with January 2010.
It is planned during the current year to increase the quantity of geological and technical actions to receive additional oil recovery in scope of 200 thousand tons (growth will be about 58 percent) in comparison with the past year.
According to aims set by the Government the percent of recycling of associated petroleum and natural gas will be 95 percent by 2012. Necessary investments of «Saratovneftegaz» will be 1.8 billion rubles. Dynamics of increase in recycling of associated petroleum gas will be provided due to modernization of existing equipment and the input of new objects with application of new recycling technologies. Also there will be increase in use of associated petroleum gas for own needs and supply of the population of area.
T.M. Latypov summed the intermediate results of performance of the cooperation agreement between «RussNeft» and the Saratov Region government for the first half of the year. Oilmen regard that all major issues of the agreement will be executed or exceeded. In particular, it is expected that there will be the over-fulfilment of the production plan of oil and associated petroleum gas. «RussNeft» has already exceeded the semi-annual plan of return of duties to the regional budget: 339 million rubles instead of the planned 278 million rubles is already transferred.
Oilmen spent 8.1 million rubles on charitable programs in the first half of the year. Under the agreement between «RussNeft» and the Regional Government the holding company must have spent 14 million rubles in 2010. But according to the reference of the governor Pavel Ipatov «RussNeft» increased financing of children’s summer holidays from orphanages of Krasnoarmeysk by 3 million rubles.
