Orsk.OAO «Orsknefteorgsintez», a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”, continues the program of improving its technology and equipment. In 2010 within the frames of the program the company has spent more than 3 million rubles for the period of 6 months to implement the microprocessor technology.
Updating of the signal system, block systems and anti-wreck protection of compressors of the diesel fuel hydro-fining unit permits in real-time mode with high precision to produce and transmit observations of raw materials consumption, pressure, temperatures etc. Quantity transmitters and the controller assembled in the drill mounting K-3 of reformer unit help to keep the technological mode efficiently and without operating practices departure.
Replacement on equipment of physically abraded boxes, implementation of measuring video-graphic transcriber and extra sensors of before-explosive concentration in gas compressors and other up-to-date equipment substantially increase efficiency, safety of the processes and improve the quality of the output products.
