"Russneft" acquired an oil-producing enterprise in Udmurtia.
Moscow. "RussNeft", numbered among the top ten Russian oil companies acquied an oil producing enterprie in Udmurtia: OOO :Risbovskoye ( Izhevsk), says the report of the company.
It is reported that the share of "RussNeft" in "Riabovskoye" from August 31 is 100%. Before that "RussNeft" had no interest in the company.
The press-service of "RussNeft" confirmed purchasing of the new asset, but didn't specify the sum of the transaction.
"The purchase is made with the aim to build up the producing and resoyrce base of "RussNeft" as well as synergies of the assets in the region", underlined the press-service. "RussNeft" controls six other enterprises in Udmurtia: "Belkamneft5", "Uralskaya Neft", Udmurtskaya Natsionalnaya Neftianaya Compania", "Udmurtskaya Neftianaya Compania", "Udmurtgeologia" and "Regionalny Neftianoi Consortium".
