"RussNeft" makes additional investments in the Saratov Region.

-Tagir Mansurovich, what achievements has "Saratovneftegas" got to meet the professional holiday?  

- Stable production activity of "Saratovneftegas" is the guarantee of its good prospects for the future. In August the holding "RussNeft" approved the adjusted business-plan pf "Saratovneftegas" for the year 2010. The company has planned growth of investments into its Saratov subsidiaries and, correspondingly, production results growth. 
For example. the company's capital investments in 2010 will amount to 343 million rubles instead of 262 million rubles planned in the Agreement between "RussNeft" and the government of the Saratov region. Extra investments in amount of 51 million rubles will be assigned for drilling of a new well at Osinovskoye oilfield.

- You have mentioned production results growth. Does it also include the growth of oil production extent?

- Narurally, the production will grow. The oil production figure at the territory of the Saratov Region fixed in the Agreement with the government will be exceeded by 10 thousand tons and gas production plan will be exceeded by 15.5 million cubic meters.
And on the whole the consolidated extent of production for all the oilfields of "Saratovneftegas" in 2010 will grow from 996 thousand tons up to 1010.5 thousand tons, this is to say, we shall surpass the level of 1 million tons.
Production growth will be achieved at the account of implementing of the additional program of geological and engineering works. Extra investments assigned by "Russneft" for this ptogram will amount to 19 million rubles, we are going to perorm 183 geological and engineering operations instead of 128 which were planned before.

- It is impossible to achieve high production results without strong social policy…

 -This year "Saratovneftegas" adopted a new collective agreement (valid until 2013) where social guarantees and compensation of our employees are widened. The social package fixed by the collective agreement includes: voluntary medical insurance, non-state pension coverage, sanatory treatment, arrangement of leisure for the employees and their families, cheapening of nourishment, various social payments, culure and sports events,  optimisations of the employees' living conditions. 
Our efforts are always highly appreciated by the regional government: for four years running "Saratovneftegas" has won  the regional contest "Collective Agreement, efficiency of production is the basis of protection of the citizens' social and labor rights."
On the whole, in 2010 it is planned to spend on performance of social obligations within the frames of collectve agreements more than 42.4 million rubles. Thus, the growth of the social program, as compared with 2009, will make 24%.

- Will you tell us about your interrelations with the regional administration. Are there any problems? 

  - I would determine our relation as constructive, we are working in close cooperation with the Governmnet of the region. Actually, we must move in the same direction - to provide development of the region's economy on the whole, as well as resolve minor local problems. Our task, the task of a major business is to help the management where shortage of budget funds hampers solutions of social problems. 
Social investments of "RussNeft" in the Saratov Region in 2010 will amount to more than 62 million rubles and almost one third of this sum - 19 million rubles - will be spent on regional charity programs. 

- What are the directions of spending the money? 
               
- Our main priorities are: sports, protection of orphaned children, support of veterans. 
For example,  "RussNeft" and "Saratovneftegas"  sponsored the IX football tournament among the neighbouring teams for the Governor's Cup, where took part  dozens of thousands of boys and girls from many districts of the Saratov Region. 
This year the kickboxing championship of Privolzhky Federal Okrug was held. It is the fifth interregional tournament in this kind of sports which took place in Saratov with our sponsoring. And in September "RussNeft" is going to assign 1 million rubles to speedway club "Turbina" in Balakovo   for its participation in the European Champions' League in Hungary.
 This summer "RussNeft" assigned 6.6 million rubles for organization of summer vacations for more than 100 children from the orphanages of Krasnoasmeisk. The children spent three consequent summer shifts in the camp "Rovesnik"  and they will also come there for the autumn holidays. 
"RussNeft " assigned 1 million rubles for reconstruction of the park named after G.S.Lusianin in the village of Stepnoye, Sovetsky District. And "Saratovneftegas" presented the war veterans of Rovensky District a micro bus "Volkswagen Karawella" - for trips to medical, cultural and social institutions. 
Our charity program is being implemented in accordance with the agreement on cooperation between the company "RussNeft" and the Government of the Saratov Region, and I can confirm, that we perform our social obligation on time and in good faith.

-Dear colleages, dear veterans of the branch! My best wishes on the Oilman and Gasman Day!
