At OAO"Orenburgnefteproduct" " there was held a show-contest among the emoloyees for the title "The best one in the profession "

The aim of the contest is developing creative activity of the employees of OAO "Orenburgnefteproduct", perfectioning of their professional skills, raising production efficiency and quality of work of each one. The participants of the contest competed in four nominations: "The best commodity operator", "The best fireman", "The best driver", "The best gas filling operator". The program of the contest  included two stages: theoretical and practical . The theoretical part of  the contest gave the participants the opportunity to demonstrate their theoretical knowledge by answering questions from a test-paper: one concerning  the basics of the production process and the other one about safety rules.   During the practical stage of the contest which was held at the territory of Orenburg bulk plant, the contendors had the chance to show their professionalism and working skills of the contenders in their everyday working process.According to the results of the show-contest "The best  in the profession" the winners were determined and they will receive monetary remuneration , besides, in the period from September through to December 2010 they will receive monthly extra payment.
