" Saratovneftegas" adopted a new collective agreement
Saratov. At the trade-union conference at OAO "Saratovneftegas" ( a subsidiary of OAO NK "RussNeft" there was adopted a new collective agreement valid until 2013. On the opinion of the representative of the labor team obligations of the previous colletive agreement were fulfilled successfully. The draft of the new agreement gives enhanced social programs and guarantees to the employees of the company.
In particular, among enlarged payments there are extra payment for shift work, financial help to the workers who come back from military service, young post-graduate specialists, wedding benefits. Maternity payments have also become larger, as well as veterans' benefits for retired workers of "Saratovneftegas". From now on financial help will be also rendered to families with many children and families having invalis children.
