The fire broke out at night om September 18-19, spreading of fire hut in jeopardy the villages Svirino, Moanstyrsky Sungur, Troitsky Sungur, settlement of Novospasskoye.
During five days the Ulianovsk oilmen together with the fire-fighting squads of the region and the forces of the Ministry of Emergencieswere opposing the flames.
