By 2013 ”RussNeft” will bring oil production in Ulyanovsk region up to 1 million tons

As the press service of “RussNeft” company has informed, in 2010 the Ulyanovsk block of NK plans to increase hydrocarbon production by 5% compared with last year - up to 581.5 thousand tons. Amount of capital investments of the company in the region will reach 257.3 million rubles, which is almost 2 times higher than the volume of capital investments in 2009. Investments in geophysical work, in particular, into development of fields, and the program of geological and technical measures implementation will increase by 30% and will be 32 million rubles.
According to Mikhail Gutseriev, by 2013, production of “RussNeft”’ companies in  Ulyanovsk region will reach 1 million tons of oil per year. Herewith the volume of investments in 2011 will increase by four times and will be 1 billion rubles.
