In "Ulyanovskneft" there was approved a new Labor contract.
Ulyanovsk. At OJSC «Ulyanovskneft», a subsidiary of mining company of OJSC NK «RussNeft», there was held the conference of workforce, which approved a new Labor contract for 2011-2013. For the project development in all structural subdivisions of OJSC «Ulyanovskneft» there were held general meetings of the workforce.
In addition, the company has created a committee with representatives of the workforce. It has reviewed all the proposals made by the company’ employees, virtually at all of the questions there were given written answers. And beside that all staff had the opportunity to express their opinions by answering survey questions.
When drafting the new edition of the Labor contract of OJSC «Ulyanovskneft», the commission tried to take into account the wishes of most of the workforce. Thus it includes: a program for improvement of employees and their children’s health, which includes health resort treatment and health-giving rest; voluntary medical insurance program; provision of material assistance to employees of the Company; carrying out of corporate events, cultural events and sports.
An absolute majority of the delegates of OJSC «Ulyanovskneft»’ personnel has approved the new Labor contract for 2011-2013 and it was signed by representatives of labor and employer.
Within seven days the document will be submitted to the Department of labor and social development of the Ministry of Labor and Social Development of the Ulyanovsk region for the notification of registration, and then each member of OJSC «Ulyanovskneft»’ personnel will get a copy of the Labor contract.
