Ulyanovsk oilers are ready for emergencies!

Ulyanovsk. At JSC «Ulyanovskneft» there were carried out trainings in emergency response at hazardous industrial facilities.

At OJSC «Ulyanovskneft», mining subsidiary company of OJSC «NK «RussNeft», there were passed trainings on the interaction of non-military emergency services of OJSC «Ulyanovskneft», Novospassky region and Ulyanovsk city in conducting rescue operations in emergency response to hazardous industrial facilities.

The trainings had 3 phases. In the first phase there was carried out the check of operation of internal and external public-address system in case of emergency situations on UPPN "South" and the evacuation of personnel. The second stage included the anti-terrorism measures: cordon of the place where there was discovered an explosive device, bomb disposal, arrest of the breaker, as well as first aid to the victims and conduction of rescue operations for the oil spill. In the third stage of the trainings there were carried out the works on fire elimination in case of oil spills on UPPN "South", remedial works and start-up of production.

The trainings were attended by rescue group "South" of  OJSC «Ulyanovskneft»  and its security company, the Emergencies ministry of Russia in the Ulyanovsk region (UGPS Fire department № 27 r.p. Novospasskoye), ME, Department of the civil protection "Ulyanovsk, Traffic police and Operational-investigative group OVD ROVD police department r.p. Novospasskoye, Ambulance r.p.Novospasskoye.
The trainings have shown that the interaction of emergency rescue teams was organized at the proper level, all services have coped with their task.
