The strongest gives a helping hand.

Interaction of business and authority in the implementation of social programs is the important indicator of the state of society. World experience shows that only system partner relations make it possible to achieve success in all spheres of social development of the region. An increase in the level and quality of people’s lives is the result of such interaction.
OAO “Saratovneftegas” works in 14 districts of our region. The enterprise traditionally carries out agreement about social partnership with the government of Saratov Region. This year the company granted 17 million rubles for the social needs. Moreover, the President of OAO NK “RussNeft” Mikhail Gutseriev, having visited Saratov, allocated 15 million rubles of his own means to charity, demonstrating constructive approach to the solution of social problems and the desire to help those in need. 
This year OAO “Saratovneftegas” actively implements a program of targeted social assistance to the administrations of municipal regions where oilmen work. Thus, financial aid was allocated for schools of Lysogorsky district for purchasing computers and office equipment, in the Engelsky district- for purchasing equipment for rehabilitative centers of schools, medical equipment for the “City hospital №1” and for providing works on fire-prevention safety at the methodical centre of folk art of Engelsky district (DK “Druzhba”), for schools and kindergartens of Prelubsky district financial means were allocated for purchasing furniture and equipment and for school at village Yasikovka of Atkarsky district – for roof repair and this list of good deeds can be continued.
For me it was possible to attend 2 such charity actions of OAO “Saratovneftegas”. At Novoburassky district, near Irinovskoye oilfield, which is being developed by the company, in the picturesque place village Irinovka is located. The village itself is not big, but it has its own school and kindergarten. After the snowy winter it was necessary to repair the roof in the kindergarten. Saratovneftegas allocated 240 thousand rubles to repair it. And here now the deputy of general director Andry Kazbekov and the chairman of trade-unit committee Juliya Gusyatnikova decided to look at the result. Work was assumed wisely. Everything was looked around very attentively.
“The roof was repaired for the full due”- confirmed the head of administration of Novoburasskoye municipal district Mikhail Svetlov. “Our local construction organization dealt with it, which has long ago presented itself from the positive point of view, carrying out all works qualitatively and inexpensively. I think that within the next few years there won’t be problems with the roof. Thanks a lot for help!
Kindergarten workers remained pleased with the new roof as well. The most important is to make children feel comfortable here. The guests, certainly, presented toys to children.
They also visited Irinovskaya school, to which oilmen allocated money to purchasing two multimedia projectors. 
 “We are very grateful to OAO “Saratovneftegas” for help”, - said the chief of the district administration Tatyana Simonova. – The quality of education in village schools mustn’t inferior to urban ones. There is a computer class and the internet at school. The children know how to use computers. Now in two classrooms multimedia projectors are used. This contributes to the best perception of the new material by the children. Last year all graduates from this educational institution passed the Common National Examination.
Having examined the school and the kindergarten, the deputy of the general director of OAO “Saratovneftegas” Andrey Kazbekov not only estimated the accomplished work, but also focused his attention on what should be rendered in future.

That’s why, in spite of crisis, we try to help the most unprotected strata of society – children, rural population, pensioners, invalids.
We build churches in villages, restore monuments. This year children from Krasnoarmeysk orphanages during three summer changes rested in our departmental children’s camp “Rovestnik”. Nearby equestrian school “Allure” organized horse-racing tourist camp, means into construction of which were assigned by the company. Children rode horses with pleasure, their eyes full of happiness. It was the best appreciation for us.
NK “RussNeft” granted million rubles for the development of children’s yard football. This year regular tournament among football teams was conducted and we entrusted gifts to the winners. It’s a pleasant fact when children have the opportunity to do sports. We must grow a healthy nation. It is our future.
