OAO “Ulianovskneft” uses the technoogy of dual completion production at the wells of Zapadnoye oilfield
Ulianovsk. OAO “Ulianovsknet”, a subsidiary upstream company of “RussNeft” is using the modern technology of dual completion production at the wells of Zapadnoye oilfield.
At present the given method is introduced at well No 21 of Zapadnoye oilfield where producing formations of Bobrikovskoye and Bashkirskoye deposits are under development.
The method of dual completion production permitted to obtain flow rate growth of 4.3 tons per day. In the current month well No 29 of Zapadnoye oilfield will also be shifted to dual completion production.
It is worth noting that the technology of dual completion production permits, increasing production of hydrocarbon stock, reduce the number of wells which are to be drilled in accordance with the project. Due to this fact the company can reduce capital expenses and implement the programs of production drilling at the more efficient level, assigning the released resources to other projects.
