“Aganneftegasgeologia” improved communication quality at Mohtikovskoye oilfield
Nizhnevartovsk, Khanti-Mansi autonomous okrug. Project on introduction of software system Smart PTT has been completed by OAO MPK “Aganneftegasgeologiya” (a subsidiary enterprise of NK “RussNeft”).
The project was realized within the frames of the program on modernization of the IT-infrastructure of oilfields. Due to software system based on MotoTRBO (Motorola) digital platform, Mohtikovskoye oilfield is provided with active monitoring communication system, the press service of OAO MPK “ANNG” informs.
Mohtikovskoye oilfield has been operated since 1993 and is considered to be difficult to access. Dispatcher station will allow the enterprise to provide faster connections between workers and management within the oilfield. Every portable transmitter also has “alarm signal” and in case of emergency every worker, being in any part of the license area, can always use it.
MotoTRBO digital platform gives oilmen opportunity to make individual and group calls, to use radio network more efficiently. Before the end of 2010 the same dispatch system will appear at Yeguriakhskoye oilfield. Digital platform MotoTRBO is being installed.
