At the initiative of Mikhail Gutseriev Graduate school of innovative business was founded in MSU. The Faculty is corporate by birth, but national by meaning. It will prepare personnel for the entire industry, points out the President of “RussNeft, the main aim of the project is to promote education. As a business person, focused not only on production modernization, but also on social partnership, Gutzeriev considers essential not to limit career aspirations of graduates of his holding: - If they are able to find better job – God bless them. I don’t see sense to tie them to the company. No pressure on the person should be provided. This is in any case our people. The main thing is to make them graduates.
Graduate school of innovative business prepares specialists in geology, natural resources management, chemistry. Interdisciplinary curriculum was drawn up by MSU specialists with active participation of oilmen. This is know-how, in which the traditions of basic science are connected with modernization of domestic industry demands.    
20 candidates for a master’s degree were enlisted from “RussNeft” enterprises, located across the country. November, 24 the President of the holding visited the main building of MSU to award student membership cards personally.
“RussNeft” has provided Innovation business school with up-to-date scientific items: with the most modern research equipment, hardware. The teachers have a very ambitious task – to train the managerial elite. But other faculties will also feel the impact of corporate investments. Practiced at school practical courses will enrich the training courses of future geologists and chemists.  
Such projects – are the future of university education, Rector of the MSU Victor Sadovnichiy says. He expects the experiment to become a system. “Of course we are only at the beginning. We make the first but revolutionary steps. Maybe we will live to see the construction of a separate building for the faculty. And it will become training and retraining school of specialists for the entire industry.”
