OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” spent more than 18 million rubles on nature protection
Orsk. OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary enterprise of NK “RussNeft”, carrying out nature protection activities, implements land recultivation program. In 2010 more than 18 million rubles was spent within its frames.
Oil refinery recycles modern waste substances. Oil slime from the current oil processing and cleaning of the tank farm (up to 45 thousand tons per year) comes to special installations with the return of the selected product into production.
Along with this wastes from outdated technologies are eliminated, banked on industrial site. In 2010 1,6 hectares of land were recultivated here and then given to city use.
In 2011 works on land recultivation, aimed at improving the ecological condition of the city and the region, will be continued.
