“RussNeft” – 5 years in the Saratov region!

FIVE YEARS OF GLORIOUS ACTIVITY

Let’s remind: on December 22 of 2005 the leader of the regional industry – OAO “Saratovneftegas” – was incorporated in NK “RussNeft”. Besides production development and stable tax payments, the oilmen, from the very beginning paid special attention to charity and assistance to the local administration in resolving actual social problems. Even in February 2006 the president of “RussNeft” Mikhail Gutseriev and the governor Pavel Ipatov signed an agreement on mutual cooperation between the company and the government of the region.
Financing of regional charity projects during the five years amounted to 145 million rubles. Construction and reconstruction of the churches in Saratov, Stepnoye,  Lysye Gory, Rovnoye and Ivanteevka were sponsored by “RussNeft”.
The company helped to purchase computer classes and boiling rooms for schools, assigned funds for overhauling and preparing of kindergartens for  new school year, for acqurirng buses and minivans for schools and orphanages In Krasnoarmeisky, Marksovsky, Pereliubsky, Novoburassky, Fiodorovsky, Rovensky and Lysogorsky districts.
Medical institution were ignored neither: construction the new building of Krasnoyarsky district hospital in Engelssky district,  purchasing of new up-to-date equipment and fire protection systems for hospitals and first aid centers in Rovensky, Atkarsky, Saratovsky, Engelssky, Lysogorsky districts were sponsored by “RussNeft”.
A real “trademark” of the charity program of “RussNeft” in the Saratov region is the support it renders to mass, youth and children’s sports. The oil holding has sponsored in Saratov 6 inter-regional kickboxing tournaments and two regional children’s football tournaments.
“RussNeft” equipped Saratov 10 play-sites, 2 childrens sport-sires in Stepnoye, mounted additional amusement rides at some parks. The company financed repairing of sport complexes and purchased equipment for Marksovsky, Lysogorsky, Volzhsky districts.  It also built a skate-park for exterme spotrts enthusiasts in Saratov, financed the childrem’s football team “Shturm” (“Attack”) of Fiodorovsky district and  carate club “Olympus-99”

THE RESULTS OF THE OUTGOING YEAR

The year 2010 was rather hard but fruitful for OAO “Saratovneftegas” – a producing subsidiary of “RussNeft”.Successful work with the well stock and efficient geologic and engineering measures enabled the oilmen to build up the daily production by 100 tons. The company actively used new modern technologies for mechanized production in its work with the base well-stock – the specialists of “Saratovneftegas” were the first in the region and in Russia to introduce some of the projects.
Development of the gas program in the outgoing year was going on – in particular, the gas compressor station in Stepnoye was being reconstructed, project works on construction of a booster compressor station in the Northern shop were going on.  In December associated gas utilization at Mechetkinskoye oilfield was brought up almost to 100%. Next year “RussNeft” is going to increase substantially financing of gas projects of “Saratovneftegas” -  by about 145 million roubles.
In 2011 “Saratovneftegas” is planning, first, to stabilize oil production at the old well stock at the level of 1 million tons, and, second, to build up production at the account of drilling new wells. At present mounting of equipment for drilling of Osinovskaya well No 12 is going on and in August 2011 it is planned to put into operation Alekseyevskaya well No 16.
As the result of these measures oil production at “Saratovneftegas” in 2011 must reach 1.037 million tons. The growth of this figure is very important for oil branch of  the Saratov region on the whole, for “RussNeft” accounts for 2/3 of oil production of the region.
Financing of charity projects of “RussNeft” in the region in 2010 amounted to 19 million rubles, besides, during his meeting with the governor Pavel Ipatov in September, the president of “RussNeft” Mikhail Gutseriev made the decision on expanding the charity program in the Saratov region by 15 million rubles at the account of his personal means.
