Young professionals were awarded at “Aganneftegasgeologiya” according to the results of scientific-technical conference
Nizhnevartovsk Region, Khmao. The second scientific-technical conference of young specialists was held at subsidiary enterprise of oil company “RussNeft” – “Aganneftegasgeologiya”. Its main goal is the development of creative initiatives, to attract young specialists in solving critical business challenges of the enterprise.
The participants presented projects in the field of industrial safety and environmental protection, drilling, oil production and power industry. The projects were judged by their relevance, originality, technical solutions and the originality of the presentation.
As the press-service of “Aganneftegasgeologiya” informed, according to the results of the conference the first place was awarded to engineer for industrial safety, production control and labor protection Arthur Baiguskarov for the project “Automatization of industry control system”. The second place won geologist Irina Kozemaslova for the project “Drilling technologies of production wells on the depression, the possibility of use in drilling projects for 2011”.The third place won electrician for operation and maintenance of electrical facilities at oilfield “Mokhitneft” Sergey Gaev with the project “Photodiode lighting”.
All winners were awarded with diplomas and cash bonuses. Also two more specialists were awarded in nomination “relevance” and “best innovation” - environment engineer Gulnara Engel for project “Thermal recycling of waste – as one of the most effective methods of waste utilization” and mechanical technician Eugeniy Nurislamov – for the project “Redesign of the rotor CNS 105 for improvement of repair works at maintenance repairs”.
