“Aganneftegasgeologiya” allocated compensation payments to owners of tribal lands

Eight tribal lands are in the area of industrial interest of the multi-business company. Oilmen settled individual contracts with every family, taking into consideration their needs. Compensatory payments were based on Federal “subsoil law”, “on guarantees of the rights of native minorities of the RF” and also on district laws. Financial means were allocated to the acquisition of snowmobiles “Buran”, power plants, outboard engines, fuels and lubricants.
Caring for the indigenous population in the territory of Ugra is the priority direction of social policy of “Aganneftegasgeologiya”. In 2011 the enterprise plans to more than double payouts and to assign to owners of tribal lands 5 mln. 843 thousand rubles within the frames of the “Model agreement of subsoil users with legal entities of traditional environmental management on the use of land for subsurface management within the boundaries of traditional environmental management of indigenous peoples of the North of regional significance in Khmao-Ugra”, press-service of ANGG informs.
