“Ulyanovskneft” in 2010 allocated 3.9 mln. rubles to health improvement of its employees
Ulyanovsk. OAO “Ulyanovskneft” , a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, in 2010 allocated 3.9 million rubles to health improvement of its employees, that is 400 thousand rubles more than last year.
During 2010 health improvement course in health resorts (mainly of local significance) received 115 persons, 39 children of OAO “Ulyanovskneft” employees rested in health improvement camps in summer. Vouchers were purchased by the enterprise with the means of voluntary medical insurance program. Moreover, in 2010 medical examination under the program “Clinic” received 785 persons, material assistance was given to 207 employees in amount of more than 2.7 mln. rubles.
The enterprise plans to pay the most serious attention to the realization of social programs in future, aimed at labor and rest improvement for employees of OAO “Ulyanovskneft”.
