General director of OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” Vladimir Pilygin summed up work results of the plant in 2010.

Thus, last year Orsk Refinery processed 5 mln. 133.2 thousand tons of oil stock. The volume of output of petrol increased by 5.1% in comparison with 2009 and amounted to 752.5 thousand tons. More than 1 mln.451 thousand tons of gasoil has been produced, also about 270 thousand tons of RT fuel, more than 62 thousand tons of oil, more than 82 thousand tons of bitumen.
In 2011 Orsk Refinery according to “RussNeft” business plan plans to refine about 5.1mln. tons of oil, that would affect the efficiency of processing.
In 2010 the enterprise paid out 3 billion 515mln. 67 thousand rubles of taxes to the budgets of different levels and extra-budgetary funds, an increase of 561.4 mln.rub. as compared with 2009.
Mainstream investment program of the plant approved by “RussNeft”, - implementation of plan package aimed to increase the depth of oil processing. In particular, a project is being implemented on construction of isomerization plant due to which it is planned to organize production of high-octane component for motor gasoline.
According to capital investment program in 2010 Orsk Refinery spent 330 million 339 thousand rub., that is almost twice as much as compared with 2009. The costs of replacement of worn-out equipment amounted to about 100 million rub. It is 3.5 times more than in 2009. Capital repair of 7 processing units was fulfilled.
Particular attention by “RussNeft” management and ONOS was paid to implementation of environmental activities. For this purpose in 2010 more than 32 million rubles was allocated.
To implementation of social program including rehabilitation, training of young specialists, non-governmental pension, health insurance, improvement of housing conditions of employees, work with veterans etc. in 2010 more than 72,5 mln. rub. was spent. 
Within the frames of social partnership with administration of Orsk, social urban projects were financed totaling 18.5 million rubles.
General Director of Orsk Refinery Vladimir Pilygin noted that 2010 being as part of “RussNeft” company is primarily a fruitful work for the ONOS development. The amount of processing achieved the highest rate for the last 10 years, the level of production investments was rather high. The plant performed targets, increasing the production of high-octane gasoline and petroleum products. A number of important measures was carried out to reduce the cost of production of petroleum products, fuel consumption and increase in output.
Following “RussNeft” policy, in 2011 it will continue to implement measures to improve the quality of output products, comply with occupational safety and health, carrying out environmental programs, social activities.
