Saratov. Net profit of OAO “Saratovneftegas” (a subsidiary of “RussNeft” numbered among the ten top Russian oil companies) by RAS for the year 2010 grew 1.5 times and amounted to 1.731 billion rubles, according to the company’s report.
According to the results of 2009 the net profit of the company amounted to 1.149 billion rubles. The company referes the net profit growth at the account of the growth of oil and gas sales proceeds.
According to the resultsof the year 2010 the net profit amount of “Saratovneftegas” has grown by 11.6% - up to 623.3 million rubles as compared with 558.6 million rubles in the third quarter.
The reason of the net profit growth is connectd with the growth of other proceeds, syas the report of the company.
OAO “Saratovneftegas” was integrated in “RussNeft” in December 2005. The company is the principal subsoil user in the Saratov region and it accounts for oil and gas production at the territory of 14 districts.
OAO NK “RussNeft” is a vertically integrated oil holding, its structure includes 21 upstream companies, two refineries and a modern distribution net of 96 gas filling stations in the Orenburg region. Business geography of “RussNeft” covers KhMAO-Yugra, YaNAO, Tomsk, Ulianovsk, Penza, Briansk, Saratov, Kirov and Orenburg regions, the republics of Udmurtia and Belarus. The head office of the company is in Moscow.
The shares of “RussNeft” are owned by the businessman Mikhail Gutseriev and AFC “Sistema”, each of them owns 49%. The rest 2% are given to Sberbank, as the main creditor.
