OAO ‘Ulyanovskneft” implements advanced education program for employees in2011
Ulyanovsk. OAO “Ulyanovskneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, implements advanced education program together with the Department of labor and employment of Ulyanovsk Region. Within the frames of the program education will take place in 42 directions: in addition to blue-collar occupations economists, lawyers, accountants, IT and HR managers also were included in the list.
Financing of the program will be realized from federal budget. Grants in amount of 10 million 10 thousand rubles have been allocated from the State treasury. Employees from subsidiary enterprises of OAO “Ulyanovskneft” will also take part in educational process.
The program includes: retraining of specialists on primary activity of the Enterprise; cross-training; additional education; study of management functions.
