OAO “Belkamneft” implements health improvement program for its employees
Izhevsk. In 2010 OAO “Belkamneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, allocated 17.3 million rubles to health improvement of its employees, which is 3.4 million rubles more than last year.
Under the current program of voluntary medical insurance 227 people improved their health. 3240 employees passed health examination.
8.9 million rubles was allocated to health-resort treatment. Totally 525 people got the opportunity to rest at health-resort institutions of Udmurtia, Bashkortostan and the Perm Territory. Among them 365 employee’s children had had rest at health-resort camps. Employees choose their place of rest themselves, the company undertakes registration and voucher purchase.
Health improvement program is one of the priorities of the company’s social policy. Management of the enterprise intends to continue give their utmost attention to realization of social programs for its staff and their families.
