«Orsknefteorgsintez» continues to improve the system of social support of the employees
Orsk. «Orsknefteorgsintez», a subsidiary enterprise of Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft», continues to improve the system of social support of the employees. One of the areas of social policy is the program of voluntary medical insurance for the employees of «Orsknefteorgsintez» allowing to obtain a wider range of quality medical services in the best city and regional clinics.
Thus, in 2010 under the auspices of the voluntary medical insurance program the Company has spent more than 15 million Rubles on realization of disease prevention program, check-up and treatment of the employees of the enterprise. There was rendered about 1800 medical services in the city and regional medical institutions to the employees of «Orsknefteorgsintez». Besides, 180 employees of the enterprise improved their health in the best health resorts of the Orsk city, the Chelyabinsk region, Bashkortostan, the Black Sea and the Caucasus mineral waters. More than 5 million Rubles was spent for these purposes.
