OAO “Saratovneftegas” took part in the specialized exhibition “Education. Career. Employment. 2011”
Saratov. 10 March in Saratov the fifth specialized exhibition “Education. Career. Employment. 2011” was opened. The bright mount of PEI FPE (private educational institution of further professional education) “Saratovnedra”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO “Saratovneftegas”, drew attention of a significant number of young people – exhibition visitors. They were able to get acquainted with the list and characteristics of basic educational programs on a number of traditionally popular occupations at enterprises of OAO NK “RussNeft” and oil and gas industry as a whole.
“This exhibition is a sort of compass for choosing future profession” – said at the opening ceremony the Deputy Prime Minister of Saratov Region Alexey Danilov.
The Deputy of General Director of OAO “Saratovneftegas” Nataliya Starshova also took part in the first day of exhibition.
Being a founder of PEI FPE “Saratovnedra”, OAO “Saratovneftegas”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK ‘RussNeft”, pays special attention to personnel policy. In particular, in February on the basis of PEI FPE “Saratovnedra” the second stage of joint project of OAO NK “RussNeft” and Russian University of oil and gas after Gubkin was completed in educational sphere, modeled at the initiative of the president of the company Mikhail Gutseriev. 28 pupils of graduation classes of Saratov and Ulyanovsk Regions – territories where a number of subsidiary enterprises of the company fulfill their operations – have completed preparations for future education at University. Besides, 4 young specialists of OAO “Saratovneftegas” continue training at magistracy of MGU within the frames of a joint project of OAO NK “RussNeft” andMGU.
PEI FPE “Saratovnedra” has a 60-year history of successful training, during this period hundreds of personnel were trained for oil and gas industry of Saratov region, of the Volga region, Western Siberia, Far East.
