In Yugra there was adopted oil and gas production development strategy of Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft»

The participants of the meeting discussed the problems of oil industry development in the region, estimated figures of oil and gas production development, ways to improve the taxation system of subsurface users, matters regarding relations with the indigenous minorities of the North. The parties exchanged opinions on the introduction of changes  to the tax, forestry, water and land legislation, on the further relations between the township-forming enterprises and local government authorities.
In the long term future up to 2020-2030 the top-priority goals in the development of OJSC Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” will be the further increase of production capacity of hydrocarbon materials, implementation of measures on rational use of associated gas and maintenance of the actual usage of associated petroleum gas by the subsidiary enterprises of Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” located in KhMAO in accordance with the requirements of the federal law.
In 2011 the subsidiary enterprises of “RussNeft” are going to produce 6,8 million tons of oil and 1,3 billion cubic meters of gas. Capital investments in 2011 will make 6,8 billion Rubles. There will be invested 140 million Rubles in problem solving in the sphere of environmental protection and rational use of natural resources on the territory of Yugra. Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” actively realizes in the region programs of social development and charitable programs. For these purposes “RussNeft” and its subsidiary enterprises will invest 51 million Rubles.
In the course of the regional conference there was adopted oil and gas production development strategy for Oil and Gas Company “RussNeft” in KhMAO - Yugra. Production activity of the Company will continue to affect the dynamic development of the region’s economy.
