ОАО «Saratovneftegaz» ramps up oil production by using new unique equipment

So, thanks to the new machine complex at well № 18 of the Vostochno-Suslovskoye oilfield work on which was complicated by non-standard narrow production casing, the daily oil production rate increased by 14, 5 tons. A similar approach that was applied at well № 195 of Sokolovogorskoye oilfield, made it possible to increase oil production by 36 tons per day. Introduction of the high-capacity installation of the additional equipment allowed to optimize extraction of fluid from well № 1 of the Vostochno-Suslovskoye oilfield and to add 28 tons per day that was impossible when using standard equipment in the existing dimension.
Operation of well № 60 of the Belokamennoye oilfield and well № 8 of the Generalskoye oilfield was complicated because of leakage in the production string, but the solution for the problem was found. The introduction of electrical submersible centrifugal pump and packer with cable termination provided an increase of oil production on these wells by 11,4 and 5,1 tons per day respectively.     
The professionals of ОАО «Saratovneftegaz» were the first who used this equipment in oil industry of the region. Successful experience allows to plan further introduction and use of such equipment during 2011 in many wells of the Company.
