ОАО «Belkamneft» makes preparations for flood period

Special attention is paid to the condition of the pipelines, the beam-pumping units, high-voltage lines and infield roads. The production personnel was carried out extra-training on how to work in the flood period. All necessary materials and equipment, chemical agents, fuel and lubrication materials are imported to the production units of the enterprise. There was made an inspection of the alarm system  and carried out training meeting of the managerial personnel of volunteer emergency response teams. There was organized mutual support between the enterprise, the Ministry of the Russian Federation for civil Defense, Emergency Management and Natural Disasters Response in the Ural Region and the Unified Duty Dispatcher Service in the Ural Region on the matters of forecasting of water rise and immediate information interchange.
Advanced control is carried out over the units situated in the lowlands and near the water. There are organized daily checkups over the state of the pipelines in the places of the river crossing. Stationary containment was  tuned-up.
Much of the preparatory work was executed, and in case of emergency, its effects will be immediately eliminated.
