Orsk refinery realizes non-state pension provision program
Orsk. ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez», a subsidiary enterprise of Oil and Gas Company «RussNeft», continues realization of non-state pension provision program.
The employees of “Orsknefteorgsintez” have a unique opportunity to get supplementary pension from the non-state pension fund together with the state pension. Thus, in 2010 “RussNeft” has invested more than 11,6 million Rubles in realization of non-state pension provision program.
Also, within the framework of the non-state pension provision program OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez” partially charges itself with the pension provision of its employees. Every month the enterprise transfers about 1% of its salary fund to the joint pension account.
In 2010 in “Orsknefteorgsintez” there were registered 803 participants of the program, including 213 non-working pensioners who receive a quarterly corporate pension.
