Orsk Oil Refinery implements the program of non-governmental pension coverage for its employees
Orsk. OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary enterprise of NK “RussNeft”, continues the implementation of the program of non-governmental pension coverage for its employees.
ONOS employees have the opportunity to get additional benefits from non-governmental pension fund along with the governmental one. Thus, in 2010 for the implementation of the plant program of non-governmental pension coverage 11.6 million rubles was allocated by the oil company “RussNeft”.
Also within the realization of the NGO program, part of concern about pension coverage of employees undertakes OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, monthly listing on solidarity pension enterprise account about 1% of the plant labor compensation fund.
In 2010 there were 803 registered members of the program at ONOS including 213 non-working pensioners receiving quarterly corporate pension.
