Orsk Refinery develops information technologies
Orsk. According to a plan, ОАО "Orsknefteorgsintez", a subsidiary enterprise of OJSC Oil and Gas Company "RussNeft", realizes purpose-oriented program on implementation of information technologies in production. In 2010 there was invested more than 3,6 million Rubles in development projects on laboratory information control system (LICS) and transition to a new version of enterprise management system ICS (integral control system) “Parus”.
Real-time data from the laboratories and workshops, obtained from 14 additional work places, which are connected to LICS, help to correct the work activity, to make better use of the production capacity, to improve production quality and to prevent emission of harmful substances. Laboratory information control system allows to make certificate of quality for finished products, including Euro-3.
Development of ICS “Parus” allows to optimize financial and accounting activity of the enterprise with due consideration of the changes in the Law of the Russian Federation.
In 2011 for accomplishment of measures on purpose-oriented program “Information Technologies” there was spent more than 3.4 million Rubles.
