OAO “Belkamneft” has implemented new equipment at Zolotarevskoye, Oblastnovskoye and Patrakovskoye oilfields

Pilot-industrial HCL testing started in 2010. During the tests significant advantages of this equipment were identified as compared with the previously used treatments of hot oil and chemical well treatment. First of all, this makes it possible to stabilize the technological process of oil and gas production due to automatic maintenance of optimal temperature at ASPO deposition zone. Secondly, it allows getting additional economic benefit from savings of about 30 tons of commercial oil per month and non-procurement of chemicals for these wells. It is also worth noting that implementation of HCL has reduced the number of equipment failure and repair expenses.  
In 2011 it is planned to implement HCL at other oilfields of OAO “Belkamneft” and subsequently use modern methods of oil production which make it possible to develop oilfields effectively and maintain the trend of increasing oil production.
