Orsk Refinery realizes charity program
Orsk. In April 2011 ОАО «Orsknefteorgsintez», a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK «RussNeft», has invested more than 260 thousand Rubles in realization of charitable and sponsored programs.
As part of a longstanding collaboration with the Municipal Government, Orsk Refinery allocates money to capital repair and fire preventive measures to help educational institutions. Financial support is also provided to children’s sporting institutions and patriotic organizations. Thus, more than 100 thousand Roubles was invested in Weightlifting Federation of the East Orenburg Region, in Children’s Wrestling Section «Radost», Orsk Branch of Martial Arts Federation of the Region and Children’s and Youth Military and Patriotic Association «Orsk Marine Club».
The enterprise sponsors participation of gifted children in the international festivals and competitions. In April the help was provided to the Folk Instruments Ensemble “Expromt” and to the piano girl of the Children’s Arts School.
Charitable funds were transferred to the Orsk Drama Theater and to the parish of St. Georgia the Great Martyr and Conqueror for publication of the Orthodox newspaper.
In May the realization of “Charity and Sponsorship” program will be continued.
