“Varioganneft” has completed the installation of a drilling rig at the 40th bunch of Zapadno-Varioganskoye oilfield
Raduzhniy, KhMAO. OAO “Varioganneft” has successfully completed the installation of a drilling rig at the 40th bunch of Zapadno-Variogansokye oilfield, reported the press service of the enterprise to the oil and gas information Agency.
By the end of 2012 the Enterprise plans to drill 15 wells at bunch № 40 with further increase in production at Zapadno-Varioganskoye oilfield by 191 thousand tons per year.
Within the frames of exploratory drilling program for 2011 the enterprise has planned to drill seven directional wells at the completed 40th bunch. Seven additional wells will allow OAO “Varioganneft” increase the average daily production at Zapadno-Varioganskoye oilfield by 245 tons, annual production output will increase by 89 thousand tons then.
Currently at the 40th bunch of Zapadno-Varioganskoye oilfield after commissioning and elimination of instruction points the first well was spudded.
