«Varioganneft» is optimizing the working schedule of employees of Tagrinskoye oilfield
Raduzhny, KhMAO. OAO “Varioganneft” ( a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” established a five-day working week and 8-hour working day for all the employees of Tagrinskoye oilfield. The company is optimizing the process of production management and improves working conditions of the employees of Tagrinskoye license area.
Before the innovations came into force the employees had worked on rotational method. The reorganization oncerning the working schedule are aimed at raising the level of responsibility of working personnel for production facilities due to the fact that there are no large time breakings in the work process. Besides, the modifications in the field of optimization of labor conditions of the emoloyees of Tagrinskoye oilfield will enable the team to avoid manpower turnovr, says the press-service of OAO “Varioganneft”.
One more ky point in implementatiion of the program of production management optimization is purposful placememnt of all the buildings (the main base of the team, laboratory, A&LQ, canteen etc.) at the territory of the planned production complex for securing high efficiency of production process mcontrol. OAO “Varioganneft” is planning to optimize production management systemin near future too, and to inplement projects on working conditions optimization and improvement at the oifields of variogan block.
