OAO “Varioganneft” will choose the best in the occupation.

The primary objective of the competition is to enhance the professionalism of the staff, identifying the most promising staff among specialists with years of experience and among young specialists.
On the first contest day, June 3, it is planned to conduct a review-competition “The best chief” on the basis of administrative-household block of the enterprise.
Competition of professionals will continue on June 9, among operators in oil and gas production, electric and gas welders and electricians in repair and maintenance of electrical equipment, operators of underground wells repair, foremen on oil, gas and condensate production, operators of well exploration, engineers-electricians and foremen of well repair.
June 10 will be the third and the final day of the contest. On this day professional level will show process unit operators and laboratory assistants of chemical analysis, mechanics and repairmen of oilfield equipment, lath operators, operators of pump stations and of processing pumps.
For employees of OAO “Varioganneft” and of subsidiary service enterprises participation in this competition is primarily professional and material incentive to improve their qualification, achieve high results for a decent representation of the Enterprise at the regional competition.
In review-competition of professional skills contest “The best in the occupation – 2011” among employees of OAO “Varioganneft” and subsidiary enterprises about 130 specialists will take place. Those who will be the best in their occupation, plan to defend the honor of the enterprise at the next regional review-competition of professional skills of OAO NK “RussNeft” among enterprises of Siberian group, which will take place at OAO “Varioganneft” base (Raduzhniy city) from 10 to 12 of August.
