ОАО «Belkamneft» introduced new technology of protection for deep-well pumping equipment.
Izhevsk. . OAO “Belkamneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” introduced a new technology of deep-well pumping equipment protection from emulsion at the fund ESP of Yuskinskoye oilfield.
By way of lowering of a reinforced polymer capillar pipeline to the depth 150 meters lower than the punp unit the oilmen managed to secure forehand supply of deemulsifier to the flowstream which enabled the chemical agent to react with the mix “oil-Water” before it reached the electric pump and significantly lowered viscosity of the oil-water emulsion , formed in the bore of the well. Besides, forming of emusion in the working units of the pump was prevented. Lowering of a separate capillar lower than the pump also permits to use the chemical agent in a more econmical manner.
The management of the holding pays special attention to introduction of innovative technologies which permit tp work at the oilfields and produce hydrocarbon stock with maximal efficiency.
