Saratov. OAO “Saratovneftegas” appeared in the capacity of the general sponsor of the traditional contest “I love you , Russia! I’m with you, my country!” instituted by Saratov regional organization of the Russian Youth Union.
The youth of the region submitted for the jury’s consideration their works in several nominations: compositions-essays, verses, photos, drawings. The kids expressed their feeleings to the rich historical and cultural legacy of Russia, family traditions, presented their speculations on the subject of state and social structure.
Jn the 3rd of May there took place festive summing up of the results of the contest, which has been held for a number of years under the patronate of the tyree-time Olympic champion V.Tretiak. The legend of hockey personally handed the prizez to the winners. From more than 300 works 16 ones were awarded diplomas and valuable prizes. The jury judges that they corresponded to the aims of the contest more than others. The works were said to form up patriotic consciousness, eagerness to participate in the activity aimed at prosperity of their Motherland. On the total about 150 young artists, poets, prosaists and philosophers received mementos and diplomas.
Support of large-scale social programs, sponsoring of pre-school institutions and schools is one of the main tendencies ofsocial policy of OAO NK “RussNeft” and OAO “Saratovneftegas”. For example, a convalscence camp “Rovesnik”, built by oilmen at the bank of the Volga in Marxovsky district will celebrate its 25th jubilee by two charitable shifts. On the 1st of July “Rovesnik” arranged a festive inauguration of a sportive shift “Sochi-2014”. 280 children from juniors’ sportive schools will have the chance to have good summer vacations and raise their sportive mastership. In July the camp will meet the children from various art groups from the Saratov region.
On the 4th of June in the settlement of Rovnoye (Saratov region) there was opened a children’s paly-site purchased and installed with the funds of OAO “Saratovneftegas”.
