OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”arranged a competition in workmanship
Orsk. OAO “Orsknefteorgsintez”, a subsidiary of NK “RussNeft” held a traditional review-competition of workmanship “The best in the profession”.
More than 50 people – representatives of 11 professions of basic and auxiliary shops took part in the professional competition. Among those who demonstrated their level of workmanship there wewre boiler room operators, operators of steam-gas-air supply, electricians, C&I operators and mechanicians, chemical analysis laboratory assistants, loaders-unloaders of oil products, truck drivers, operators of technological units.
The program of the review-competition included two rounds: a theoretical one and a practical one. In the first round the participants demonstrated their knowledge of the production process, answered the questions regarding safety rules. The practical round gave them the possibility to show their mastership in performing their routine work.
Chamions and prize-winners were given gifts of money, and during the year they will receive wage premiums.
Traditional review-competitions in the structure of “RussNeft” are aimed at development of creative activitiy of the personnel, perfectioning of their professional skills, raising efficiency of the productioon process and the quality of work of each employee.
