Annual review-competition «The best in the profession” starts at OAO “Ulianovskneft” »

Ulianovsk. A review competition “The best in the profession” starts at OAO “Ulianovskneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft”.

The main aim of the competition is raising of the personnel qualification, studying and distribution of advanced methods and practices  of work, development of creative initiative. The review competition  is held in 10 nominations.The preliminary round of the nomination “The best truck driver”  among the drivers of the 1st shift of OGPD No 2 “North ” will start on the 10th of June.
The participants will hav to pass an examination in the theory of traffic rules and safety tchnice as well as to compete in the art of driving KamAZ -43118 at a special  practice ground.
Winners of the preliminary round will participate in the final round among the employees of OAO “Ulianoskneft”. The preliminary round among the truck drivers of OGDP No 1 “South” will take place in July.
This year among the participants of OAO “Ulianovskneft” review competition demonstrating their professional skills there will be foreman and workers of wells overhaul and maintenance teams, operatore of dehydrator and desaulter, repair technicians (repairing the oilfield equipment) oil and gas produtrion operators, technological pump operators, welders, electricians, chemical analysis laboratory assistants,
EC&I mechanicians. The best experts in their profession will represent OAO “Ulianovskneft” at the review-competition of professional skills of OAO NK “RussNeft” among the enterprises of Volga-Urals region.
