New equipment introduced at Yuskinskoye oilfield of OAO ”Belkamneft”

Technical and economic performance of the new equipment were tailored for requirements of well No 2410. Special features of this well are: high production rate, extreme concentration of mechanical impurities in the extracted product, high viscosity of the oil and formation of high viscosity emulsive mix with water.

Introduction of ESPU D5800 N, equipped with a modern “Intellectual” system of control and telemetry permits to exercise remote control  and regulating of functioning of the well and the unit, optimize parameters of the pump  with simultaneous reduction of operation costs. High hig corrisive resistance ensures long useful life of the pump in aggressive environment.

In the near future it is planned to use this type of equipment at other high flow rate wells too. Management of the holding pays special attention to introduction of innovative technologies ensuring maximal efficiency of hydrocarbon production.
