ОАО «Ulyanovskneft» continues to implement drilling program for 2011
Ulyanovsk. In May there was put into operation well № 33 of Zapadnoye field, the daily production rate of which made 40, 3 tons, exceeding estimated figures (35, 5 tons).
In the third decade of June there will be put into operation wells № 35 of Zapadnoye field and well № 67 of the 1st Vishenskoye field.
Following the results of successful drilling in Zapadnoye field, there was made a decision of construction of an additional exploitation well № 36.
All in all in 2011 there was planned construction of 12 exploitation wells and 6 exploratory and delineation wells. 4 exploitation wells out of 12 will be horizontal, all the rest will be directional. The expected initial oil production rate in horizontal wells – from 35,5 to 73,4 tons/day, in directional wells - from 16 to 43,3 tons/day.
