The children’s sanatory camp “Rovesnik” meets today the new shift – young actors of the Culture Center
Saratov. Today, on June 24, in the square in front of the Culture Center there was held festive opening of the new creative shift of the children’s sanatory camp “Rovesnik” and seeing the children off for vacations. The administration of the Saratov Region and OAO NK “RussNeft” signed an agreement on cooperation and assigned funds for summer vacations of the children. Within the frames of this agreement 98 children studying in art groups of the Culture Center “Russia” are invited to “Rovesnik”. All the children are active participants of large-scale events arranged by the Government of the Saratov Region to celebrate jubilees and state festivals (the 50th anniversary of Yuri Gagarin’s space flight, the 66th anniversary of the Great Victory, International Children’s Day and other festivals).
Minister of Culture V.N.Siniukov, Deputy General Director of OAO “Saratovneftegas” N.I.Starshova and the director of the Culture Center O.P.Synkina addressed warm commencement speeches to the children and their parents. They expressed the hope that the pictiresque nature of the Volga banks will become a magic source of inspiration for the young talents who had already asserted themselves in various spheres of culture and art.
This year the children’s camp built by the oilmen on the Volga bank in Marksovsky District of the Saratov Region is celebrating its 25th jubilee by admitting even the second charity shift. The fist profile sportive shift “Sochi-2014” was triumpantly rounded up and the event was crowned by a festive-gala concert. More than 270 children, pupils of children’s sport schools of the Region had a good rest, improved their health, met new friends and perfectioned their sportsmanship.
