A meeting with veterans of the Great Patriotic War was held at the Orsk refinery.

On the initiative of the administration of the enterprise, the trade-union committee and the local council of veterans, 30 veterans-oil chemists, after a festive meeting and the ceremony of flower- laying at the memorial near the plant administrative building , were invited to the museum of OAO “Orkneteorgsintez”  for a tea-party. On behalf of the team of ONOS the guests were greeted by the General Director, representatives of the administration of the plant and social organizations. They spoke about their deep gratitude to the front veterans for the courage and heroism they demonstrated  both in the period of war actions and later, at the time of post-war development of the refinery.
All the veterans received presents. Representatives of the plant visited those who were too ill to come to the festive meeting at home.
