ОАО «Belkamneft» was entitled in 2010 «The Best Company on investing in human capital assets»

The competition is organized by the Ministry of Economic Affairs of Udmurtia. It is held for the fourth time. Its main goal is to create the image of the investment attractiveness of the Republic. The participants of the competition are the legal entities, engaged in investment projects being implemented on the territory of Udmurtia and having economic and social significance for it. When summing up, there are taken into consideration the following aspects: investment volume for the accounting year, rate of investment increase, sum of tax liabilities per employee.
Investments in staff development are the integral part of the production activity of the enterprise. Only in 2010 about 1 314 employees of ОАО «Belkamneft» have completed their training in the leading educational institutions of the region and the country. The management of the company is going to continue to pay serious attention to implementation of the administrative competence development programs and staff development.
