ОАО «Ulyanovskneft» summarizes the performance of obligations under the collective agreement for the 1st half of 2011

There were two issues on the agenda: - summarizing of the mutual obligations performance under the collective agreement for 2011-2013 for the 1^st half of 2011; - planning of Social Program for 2012.
The conference was attended by 100 delegates from the staff of ОАО «Ulyanovskneft». All of them participated actively in the discussion of agenda issues. The employees of the company have made a lot of specific process organization proposals and proposals on social programs implementation. Besides, the secretariat of the conference has received written questions. The event presented a good social dialogue between the staff and the management of the company.
Following the results of the conference it was decided: - to recognize “satisfactory” the work of the employer and the staff on mutual obligations performance under the collective agreement of OAO «Ulyanovskneft» for the 1^st half of 2011; - to approve the adjustment of the Social program for 2011; - to adopt the draft Social program for 2012 in the version proposed by the employer; - to charge the Commission on the collective agreement to control the consideration of questions, received from the delegates of the conference during its operation.
The new version of the collective agreement for 2011-2013 was adopted in October 2010. When developed, there were taken into account the wishes of the most of the staff of ОАО «Ulyanovskneft». The collective agreement includes: the program on health improvement of the employees and their children, which includes health resort treatment and rest and recreation; the voluntary health insurance program; providing of welfare assistance; free meals to workers of the industrial complex, etc.
All in all in the 1^st half of 2011 the costs of ОАО «Ulyanovskneft» on implementation of social programs made 21 million Rubles.
