“Varioganneft” won in the professuinal skill competition among the enterprises of “RussNeft”
Raduzhny, KhMAO. Specialists of “Varioganneft” occupied 10 prize plzces at the fifth regional professional skill competition among the enterprises of Siberian group of OAO NK “Russneft”. “The best in profession” was determined at ths base of OAO “Varioganneft”.
The secon in the competition was the team of OAO MPC “Aganneftegasgeologia”, who occupied seven prize places. The third place was shared between the team of OAO “NAK “Aki-Otyr” and OAO “Tomskaya Neft” with five prize places. Two prize places were won by the team of OOO “Zapadno-Malo-Balykskoye, says the press-service of OAO “Varioganneft”.
42 workers took part in the competition. Five enterprises of the region sent their representatives: OAO MPC “Aganneftegasgeologia” (Nizhnevartovsk), OAO NAK “Aki-Otyr” (Khanty-Mansiisk), OOO “Zapadno-Balobalykskoye’ (Nefteyugansk), OOO “Tpmskaya Neft” (Tomsk), OAO “Varioganneft” (Radizhny).
Challengers for the title “Best in the profession” competed in 10 nominations. The program of the competition included two stages: theoretical and practical. The participants demonstrated their knowledge of the basic principles of the production process and safety rules. The practical stage, which took place at the worksites of “Varioganneft” including the processing facility, revealed the competitiors’ professional skills in their routine work.
