Varioganneft honoring young specialists on the 1st of September
Raduzhny, KhMAO On the 1st of September OAO “Varioganneft” was honoring young specialists . Such events are held at the company every year. The rite of passage of young employees to oilmen is traditionally divided into three stages, as the company’s press-service informed the Agency of Oil and Gas Information.
This year the first stage of the rite was excursion to the park-museum of the village of Variogan where the young specialists met each other and learned about traditions, customs and lifestyle of indigenous people of the North.
The second stage took place on the 1st of September at the sport base “Dosug” where the young specialists solemnly swore the oath of a “young oilman”.
The final part of admitting the young specialists to the team of OAO “Varioganneft” will be “Merry Races”, a sportive event planned for the 17th of September.
In 2010 there were 21 young specialists at the company, this year 25 young employees came to work at OAO “Varioganneft”. Search and attraction of young talented specialists is one of the priority of HR policy at “Varioganneft”. Annualy the company approves a list of social guarantees and priviledges to attract young specialists.
In future the company is planning to invest in young specialists and stimulate their wish to develop and upgrade their professionalism.
