ОАО “Ulianovskneft” upgrades its employees’ level of knowledge in the field of ecological management and labour protection
Ulianovsk. At OAO “Ulianovskneft”, a subsidiary of OAO NK “RussNeft” there were held training workshops “Requirements of Labour and Environment Protection Management System of OAO NK “RussNeft” . Among the participants of the worshops there were managements and specialists of OAO “Ulianovskneft” and OAO MPC “Aganneftegasgeologia”.
In course of the seminars the participants closely studied the requirements of international standards ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007, reviewed the documents of Labour and Environment Protection Management System of OAO NK “RussNeft”. They also studied corporate standards and rules in the field of ecological management and labour protection.
The worshops also considered the matters of organization and effecting of inner audit of Labor and Environment Protection Management System and the stages following the audit.
The main target of the training was to upgrade the employees’ knowledge in the field of ecological management and labour protection systems, introduction and constant upgrading of Labor Protection and Environment Protection System at the companies, incorporated in the structure of oil holding “RussNeft”.
The employees’ health and life protection, industrial safety, environment protection in the regions of business activity of OAO “Ulianovskneft” are numbered among the priorities and principal conditions of successful development of the company.
