OAO “Ulyanovskneft” has increased the reliability of equipment at oilfields of the region
Ulyanovsk. OAO “Ulyanovskneft”, a subsidiary enterprise of OAO NK “RussNeft”, improves the reliability of technological equipment at oilfields of Ulyanovsk block.
In particular, there has been carried out capital repairs of Vertical stock tank №2 of preliminary water removal unit of Verkhnezimskoye oilfield. The bottom and the first tank ring were replaced, anti-corrosion surface finish of VST was implemented.
In addition, capital repair of VST at Varvarovskoye oilfield was completed. At present VST of the central processing facility “Yuzhnaya” is under repair.
Repair of pipelines was completed of bottom water from BVP to modular cluster pump station OUT “Severnaya”. To prevent environmental pollution with industrial oils pumping gear reair was completed.
Fault detection of industrial pipelines and equipment was held, technical diagnostics of block valves with examination of industrial safety. There were carried out repair works of redactor SK, technical diagnostics and repair of wellhead equipment were carried out, technical diagnostics of 17 measuring containers. Repair works of bottom water pipelines were fulfilled from reflector 100P № 2 to RGS №6 and №7 to PRVU “Novobesovskoye”.
Ensuring the reliability and safety of work of technological equipment will reduce the negative impact on the environment and improve production efficiency.
